Anjeer barfi recipe | How to make anjeer barfi (sugar free barfi recipe)
Anjeer barfi is made of dried figs and nuts, an easy guilt feelings loose sweet-smelling that is sugar relinquish and can be oven-ready under 20 proceedings. How to produce anjeer barfi formula
1. Tearless roast chopped dotty till firm. keep this aside in a plate
2. To the same pan, add chopped figs with 3 table spoons water to cushion them. By the time i could take the picture, the water got evaporated. Merely make a point figs good turn soft.
3. Add chopped dates, raisins, cinnamon Oregon nutmeg powder and cardamom powder. cook on a low flame for few minutes
4. After 3 to 4 minutes, it turns soupy and cleave. But this depends happening the type of your dates too, but cook till they turn soft and mushy. I added 1 tsp. organic virgin coco palm embrocate, this is optional. Since i used a chromium steel pan, it began to stick , and so the embrocate helped me to cook it boost without burning. 5. Anjeer and dates mixture should become quite a hot and quilted, non soggy, else the burfi turns sloughy and turns sticky while you cut.
6. Mix well. the mixture should looks firm and fairly dry like you learn in the picture below. After adding nuts if the mixture doesn't look firm, then cook for another two minutes. Transport it to a greased plate, foil or butter paper. Spread the mixture with a resounding pin forthwith and cool it. cut back to pieces once information technology cools completely.
If using within a day, necessarily No refrigeration. Else refrigerate and use with in a week.

Anjeer barfi recipe
- 3/4 cup figs preserved , chopped, / anjeer
- 3/4 cup dates chopped (adjust to suit your savour)
- 2 tbsp raisins (optional)
- 3 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup nuts chopped (walnuts, almonds, cashews, pista)
- 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon or nutmeg powderise
- 1 tsp oil or ghee (facultative, use if not using a not stick pan)

Chop shot the nuts, figs and dates. Measure them

In a pan, dry make fun crackers till crunchy and put aside.

Summate chopped figs and sprinkle 3 tbsp. water to the same pan and ready till they call on soft

Attention deficit disorder dates, raisins, cinnamon powder and cardamum powder. Mingle and fake till everything turns mushy and sticky and thick.

Add oil or ghee, if it sticks to the pan.(optional)

Sum up nuts and stir well and mix. At once the mixing should look firm. If it looks sloughy cook further for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add this to a greased plate, butter newspaper publisher or foil. Roll with a rolling pin

Cool this completely. Cut to squares.

Consume within a day or refrigerate and finish with in a week
You can use seeds care sunflower, melon, chironji and sesame seeds too. you tooshie consumption roasted and skinned peanuts too. Together use 3/4 cup.
